The site says it is licensed and insured under license CPC057317, handles permitting, and serves Polk County. It discusses vinyl liner pools only in a comparison with gunite, and on financing it says only that budget and payment options can be discussed at a consultation. It does not mention a warranty. The site says it is rated 5.0 on Google, while Google Maps shows 3.6 from 40 reviews, with 23 at five stars and 12 at one star.
