Magic Pools is an owner-operated Central Florida builder run by Petar, a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience according to its site. It says it builds inground gunite pools using shotcrete, in knife-edge, geometric and freeform designs, and adds spas, water features, pavers, decks, screen enclosures, pergolas and outdoor kitchens. Resurfacing and remodeling are named too. The site states Certified General and Pool Contractor license numbers CGC1525809 and CPC1460561, mentions financing partners, says it gives warranties on shells and equipment, and refers to commercial installations. It says it prefers gunite over fiberglass, so fiberglass is unconfirmed. Its service area list names Oviedo, Longwood and Sanford but not Altamonte Springs. Google Maps shows a 4.9 rating from 36 reviews, 34 at five stars, one at one star and one at four stars.
